For years, our paths crossed through the Italian community.
We knew each other, we admired each other's dedication, and yes, we challenged each other.
Two strong personalities, the same determination, and a deep love for the things we believe in.
What we didn't realize, at first, was how much we truly had in common.
The same passion for our roots. The same belief in the power of hospitality. The same idea that food is more than nourishment, it's culture, it's memory, it's the way people connect.
Then, almost unexpectedly, a conversation sparked an idea.
And in a remarkably short time, we knew:
this was something we had to create together.
The Italian Table is our way of sharing the traditions, flavors, and hospitality of Southern Italy.
It is a celebration of Sicily and Puglia, of friendship, of authenticity, and of the simple joy of gathering around a table.
MEET THE FOUNDERS

PUGLIA
Originally from Puglia, Isabella grew up alongside her grandmother, learning through everyday rituals in the kitchen, fresh pasta, bread, and long family lunches centered around connection and hospitality.
After moving to Milan, she built a career in technology sales, working as a Software Account Manager for major international companies and managing large enterprise clients throughout Italy.
Following her relocation to California, Isabella became a partner in Italian Experiences, a women-led company dedicated to creating authentic Italian cultural and culinary experiences for American audiences. Through food, language, and community-centered events, she helped connect people with the traditions, stories, and flavors of Italy.
After moving to Texas, she pursued professional training in pastry and baking while rediscovering the recipes and traditions of Southern Italy that had shaped her childhood.
In 2025, Isabella founded Pittula, a bakery and cultural project inspired by the flavors and traditions of Puglia. Through handcrafted specialties, storytelling, and immersive food experiences, her mission is to preserve and share the warmth, authenticity, and sense of community that define Southern Italian culture.
SICILY
Born in Palermo and now based in Texas, Tiziana brings together over 20 years of experience in cultural leadership, large-scale event planning, culinary education, and Italian hospitality.
After a successful international career between Italy and the United States, she founded Tiziana’s Creations, a brand dedicated to artisanal baking, authentic Italian storytelling, and immersive food-centered gatherings rooted in tradition and connection.
Through her former project, Tiziana's Cook2Learn Academy, she organized hands-on cooking classes and creative educational programs for children, combining culture, creativity, and food.
Her professional training includes advanced specialization courses in Italy focused on Panettone, artisanal fermentation and traditional Italian baking techniques.
Deeply connected to her Sicilian roots, many of the recipes Tiziana shares today are inspired by the traditions passed down by her grandmother, who owned a restaurant in Sciacca, Sicily.
From handmade pasta to panettoni and grandi lievitati, every experience she creates reflects craftsmanship, tradition, elegance, and mostly human connection.
Together, we combine the traditions of Puglia and Sicily to create authentic experiences rooted in hospitality, culture, and meaningful connection.
